    Weekly advisory engagement rate

    In select cases, advisory may include equity participation or success-aligned structures.

  • Board Membership & Strategic Advisory

    Annual advisory retainer.

    Equity participation (startups): aligned with stage and involvement

    Additional time: structured as agreed

  • Executive and Strategic Advisory

    Hourly, Half-day, Full-day advisory rates

    Full-day executive or on-site session

    For ongoing strategic involvement, engagements are often structured as monthly advisory retainers.

  • International Institutions & Strategic Pograms

    Initial strategic scoping engagement.

    Extended advisory or program phases: structured per project or time-and-materials basis

    Longer-term engagements may be structured as program advisory retainers depending on scope and geography.

  • Travel & Engagement Terms

    For engagements requiring travel, clients typically cover airfare, accommodation, and reasonable expenses. Details are agreed in advance to ensure clarity and efficiency.
